MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Each of our pieces are handcrafted and we stand behind their quality 100%. Before we ship items out, we make sure that they are in perfect condition, we go through a rigorous quality control process and we ensure that it is well packaged. In the unfortunate case that this occurs, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on the very rare chance that it is damaged during shipping. Whilst there are plenty of businesses who are able to do so, please understand that we are still a new small business and we cannot do returns at the moment. With this being said, the happiness of customers is undoubtedly a priority so please feel free to contact us to evaluate the issue to see what may be done.

DO YOUR JEWELRY PIECES COME IN A BOX?Yes, our accessories come in our original box with anti-tarnish tab that lasts for a year. We pack orders of more than one item together in our original bigger box. It also comes with our shop card, Thank You card and a postcard. Please note that we are not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated. Don't want or need extra frills? Write a message at checkout and we're happy to package your piece with minimal materials!

ARE YOUR EARRINGS HEAVY?All of our earrings are lightweight. We will also include the weight of each pair in the description. Some of our detailed designs weigh about 20 grams. If your ears are more sensitive to heavy earrings, please take into account that the larger and more detailed a design is, the heavier it will be, but they are still lightweight! It's important for us to ensure that all of our pieces are comfortable to wear.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?Yes, repair costs are dependent upon the type of the repair needed. We may not be able to repair if components needed to repair them are unavailable. Please email avaadorestudio@gmail.com with your order number and attach the photos of the product to request a repair.

OTHER INFOAva Adore is entirely handmade and not mass produced. There may be slight variations and unique imperfections, however this ensures each pair of earrings is one-of-a-kind. Color may vary slightly to what appears on-screen. Examples of the imperfections may include fingerprints, small bubbles, slight difference in drop length, or other marks that in no way detract from the accessory's look and design.
